Pathways provides a range of housing options.
Milbank Community Residence: A licensed group home
for 8 residents with 24 hour/7 day a week supervision.
Davis Supervised Apartment Program: 3 apartments,
capable of housing a total of 8 residents; targeted for
individuals ready for more independent living. Staff is on
site afternoons, evenings and weekends, approximately 15
hours a day.
Brookside Apartments: 8 studio apartments and 4 one
bedroom apartments; designed for individuals who do not need
the structure or degree of supervision offered in Pathways’
other residential programs. Support services available on
site for about 10 hours a day.
509 East Putnam
Residence: 10 single rooms with private baths;
congregate meals and support services available on site.
Pathways is well known
in Greenwich and throughout the state of Connecticut as a
provider of high quality housing for people who suffer from
chronic mental illnesses. Lesser known but just as important
to the continuum of care for the mentally ill is the
Residential
Support Services program, which provides case
management and support for individuals who live
independently in scattered sites throughout Greenwich and
Stamford.
