Residential Counselor - Per Diem Relief Position
Pathways Residential Programs in Greenwich, CT. is seeking Relief Counselors for our Group Home and Supervised Apartment Programs. Per Diem Relief counselors are needed to fill vacation and sick time of permanent staff. The Residences house 8 residents with severe and chronic mental illness in co-ed programs.

Duties include:

• Teaching ADL skills

• Supervising household activities

• Monitoring and supervising resident’s self administration of medication

• Working along with residents to compete household chores and
  assistance with maintaining personal hygiene

• Recording of significant behavioral observations in case records

• Medication Monitoring

• Organizing recreational activities

• Transporting clients as necessary

• Leading groups

Use of automobile and valid drivers license necessary

Salary: $13.31 per hour for all awake hours
$ 7.65 per hour for asleep hours (midnight - 7 am)
