Per Diem Counselor (PT)

Pathways Residential Programs in Greenwich is seeking Per Diem Counselors for our Group Home and Supervised Apartment programs.
Shifts vary: Overnights and Holiday shifts are often needed.


Duties include:

• Teaching ADL Skills
• Supervising household activities
• Monitoring and supervising
• resident’s self administration of medication
• Assisting with maintaining personal hygiene
• Recording of significant behavioral observations in case records

Requirements:

• Some college and 2 years experience
